You will be laying down on a massage table and light touch will be used. If you don’t feel comfortable with touch I can separate my hands a few inches from your body and the technique will still be effective. Reiki is a gentle non-invasive healing technique where the practitioner utilizes universal life force energy to enhance the body’s natural healing abilities.
